Headache and Pain's peer-reviewed research and review articles focus on helping readers make an accurate diagnosis and tailor pharmacologic and lifestyle approaches to headache management.

The journal is published in cooperation with the Diamond Headache Clinic in Chicago; its editor-in-chief is the nationally and internationally-renowned Seymour Diamond, MD. Dr. Diamond is a renowned national and international expert in the field of headache and a past president of the National Headache Foundation. He is also a Professor of Medicine at Finch University of Health Sciences, The Chicago Medical School, and the founder and director of the Diamond Headache Clinic Research and Educational Foundation, Chicago, Illinois.
